Helpdesk and online support

For general and technical questions about Swing you can contact the Swing Helpdesk. This is a standard part of our product license. The helpdesk can be reached by e-mail and during office hours by phone onder phone number +31 15 279 93 68.

Swing administratora also have online support options. You can consult manuals, release notes and FAQs via 'Login for clients' at the top right corner of this page.

VSO Swing user group

A Swing user group is active within the Association for Statistics and Research (VSO - Vereniging voor Statistiek en Onderzoek). The user group meets twice a year to exchange knowledge and experiences, and there are presentations held on diverse Swing versions. ABF Research is attending to present new developments, answer questions and make an inventory (for following Swing releases). More information can be found on the VSO website.

Secondment

Is there temporarily or for a longer period of time not enough capacity for Swing activities at you organization? ABF Research supports a range of organizations partially or entirely with Swing activities. During a consultation can be determined, where deployment from ABF Research works best.

Courses

The basic course is included at the beginning of a license. The course is held based on mutual agreement at ABF Research in Delft or on location. The repetition of a session, users' intuition or the training of new colleagues is of course possible. The six most common courses are listed below.

  • Swing Studio/Viewer basics (4-6 hours)
  • Swing Studio/Viewer report module (6-7 hours)
  • Swing Studio/Viewer object module (2-4 hours)
  • Swing Mosaic basics (4-6 hours)
  • Swing Viewer user instruction session (1-2 hours, depending on target group)
  • Swing Viewer/Mosaic user instruction session (1-2 hours, depending on target group)
